How it works: You reserve your 1/4 Beef Share today with a $250 deposit. We will have our expert butcher process your beef. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($750).
At this point we will arrange delivery of 4- 25 lb boxes of premium beef, with a total weight of 100lbs of freezer ready beef.
Deposit: Your 1/4 Beef Share deposit of $250. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your final total of $1,000 with final payment of $750 at pickup.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
Freezer Space: An 1/4 Beef Share will require approximately 5 cubic ft. of space. It might fit in your regular fridge freezer compartment if you are organized, otherwise a small chest freezer is needed.
