How it works: You reserve your 1/8 Beef Share today with a $125 deposit. We will have our expert butcher process your beef. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($375).
At this point we will arrange delivery of 2-25lbs box’s of premium beef, with a total weight of 50 lbs of freezer ready beef.
Deposit: Your 1/8 Beef Share deposit of $125. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your final total of $500 with final payment of $375 at pickup.
Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.
Freezer Space: An 1/8 Beef Share will require approximately 2 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in your regular freezer compartment with plenty of extra space. No chest freezer is needed.
